Starting March 10th, we are offering an 8-week online therapy group to help men learn how to identify and express their emotions in a supportive group of men.

Participants Will:

  • Build meaningful relationships with other men

  • Learn skills to regulate themselves when experiencing "big" emotions

  • Improve the quality of their relationships with their significant other
