Starting January 18th, we are offering an online therapy group to help you explore mindfulness and learn tools to increase self-awareness and develop a practice that works for you.

This 8-week group will incorporate teachings and materials from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Participants Will:

  • Learn skills that can improve ability to cope with stress and challenges of everyday life

  • Increase understanding about how the body handles and can resolve stress

  • Explore ways to be fully present and alive in this moment

  • Practice and process mindfulness experiences with others

  • Receive guidance and support from trained professionals
