Starting January 18th, we are offering an online therapy group to help you explore mindfulness and learn tools to increase self-awareness and develop a practice that works for you.
This 8-week group will incorporate teachings and materials from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Participants Will:
Learn skills that can improve ability to cope with stress and challenges of everyday life
Increase understanding about how the body handles and can resolve stress
Explore ways to be fully present and alive in this moment
Practice and process mindfulness experiences with others
Receive guidance and support from trained professionals
