Learn to manage your symptoms of posttraumatic stress in a safe, welcoming group.

Starting March 2nd, we are offering an online therapy group to help trauma survivors learn how to manage symptoms of posttraumatic stress.

This 8-week group will teach coping skills trauma survivors can use to manage stress related to their trauma in a supportive environment.

Participants Will:

  • Learn background information on how the brain responds to trauma

  • Increase understanding of why they are experiencing symptoms

  • Practice coping skills that will help manage stress related to trauma
