This 8-week group will teach coping skills trauma survivors can use to manage stress related to their trauma in a supportive environment.
Participants Will:
Learn background information on how the brain responds to trauma
Increase understanding of why they are experiencing symptoms
Practice coping skills that will help manage stress related to trauma
